REQUIREMENTS
Pre-requisites for the Level 1 Teacher Training Course
To receive the most from this training, we suggest you have a basic foundation of Zhineng Science: you have basic knowledge of Hunyuan qi theory and have learnt and practiced the Level 1 methods and Chen Qi and La Qi. (Please contact the organisers if you need training in these prior to attending).
The training is open to people who love Zhineng science, for those who wish to improve their Qigong level and healing abilities, and for those who would like to become a Qigong teacher.

For certification, participants must be able to attend an in person event in one of the exam locations (China, Mexico or Israel).

The training will take place in the Xian Lintong Vienna International Hotel, with one or two days training in the Xi’an center each week.
Teaching will be in English with simultaneous translation available in Spanish and Hebrew.
The face-to-face training includes:

1 week of intensive training and deep practice

1 week of practice, correction and the examination for certification

TCM lessons by TCM Doctor Zhang of the Xi’an Center that will include a lecture on Acupuncture and medical massage, and teachings on how to combine TCM acupuncture and massage with Qigong.

A 1-day cultural excursion that includes a visit to the lee mountain and to the largest TCM museam in china

HOTEL LOCATION :
The face to face retreat will take place at the Xian Lintong Vienna International Hotel.
The hotel is situated Very close to the Xi'an center and the Emperor's Terracotta Army museum.

The rooms are large, bright, quiet and cosy, with pleasant carpets and a small sitting area for tea and coffee.

There is room service.

The rooms are cleaned often, renewing towels and all consumables.

Bottles of fresh water and tea are provided daily.

Every room has a tea set and kettle.
-
The bathrooms are spacious and very clean. A pleasure to use. The toilets are Western-style, and the shower is in an enclosed area so as not to wet the rest of the bathroom.

A washing machine is available for a small fee, so you can wash your clothes during the retreat.

Arriving at Xian
The Xi’an Center willl arrange for you to be picked up from the international airport in Xi’an city: Xi’an Xianyang international airport straight to the hotel.
The ride from the airport is around 1 hour. This ride is included in the course fee.
Getting to the Airport after the course has ended :
The teachers will help you arrange transport to the airport on completion of the course, but the cost of this is not included in the course.

if you have special requirements please check BEFORE REGISTERING if they can be met. The Chinese Kitchen and cooks is very different then in the west so not all requirements can be met.
